• Initiated, designed, proposed and supported major in-source projects in the 24×7 operations and field services departments, which resulted in savings of over $13 Million a year
• Re-engineered the operations group to streamline responsibilities and accommodate a merger and the newly in-sourced departments
• Key participant in the vendor negotiation for a $200 Million services agreement

MAJOR PRIVATE CLIENT INVESTMENT BANK

• Lead platform architect for a 25,000 person investment advisory desktop upgrade project
• Lead infrastructure architect for the second generation online platform
• Designed and proposed a cloud computing environment
• Design and proposed a meta-directory service to integrate all major production directory

LARGE WALL STREET INVESTMENT BANK

• Developed and successfully proposed a firm-wide Windows desktop upgrade project
• Designed the application migration and certification process for the desktop upgrade

LEADING WALL STREET INVESTMENT BANK

• Managed the platform and network engineering teams supporting the first global distributed computing environment
• Part of the architecture team that designed and implemented the first global distributed computing environment

ONLINE RESEARCH MANAGEMENT FIRM

• Managed the implementation of a state-of-the-art web based data center
• Manager of the network operations group
• Part of the architecture team that designed and implemented the highly redundant network and web server platform
